Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

Australia: 5–15 business days
United States: 7–20 business days
Canada: 7–20 business days
United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
International Orders: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or order values.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Kirkmart cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact our support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in its original condition.
Item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personal care products
Beauty products that have been opened
Intimate or sanitary goods
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Customized or personalized items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number: Example - 123456
Description of the issue : Example - What is the wrong with that product.
Clear photos showing the problem : Example - Please show clear pictures that product is not working or does fit and change of mind. 

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Kirkmart will cover the return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
